I'm a service strategist, which means that I work with large organizations to help them collectively imagine the future of the services they deliver, through deep engagement with all the folks who interact with and deliver their service. I use tools from qualitative research, facilitation, and prototyping to accelerate the process of figuring out how to build the right thing, and how to build the thing right.
